Freedom fighters costumes are mostly needed for plays and skits, therefore we have tried to make them with perfection and care. All our dresses come in various sizes and fit easily to help in the effortless movement needed by kids. We also offer certain props which go with a particular dress so that you don’t have to look anywhere else.

Following are some dresses that we provide in our freedom fighter category.   

Mahatma Gandhi

Gandhiji made the loincloth and shawl famous across the globe. He resorted to wearing only this dress to feel connected with the masses and relate with the poor. We provide a bald cap along with the easy fitting dress as we’re a one-stop-shop. Just let your child achieve greatness in this costume. 

Subhash Chandra Bose

Paired with a cap and a gun, our costume reflects the eminence of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. “Give me blood, and I shall give you freedom”, is the most renowned saying from beloved Netaji, and children love to enact his character. 

Lokmanya Tilak 

“Swaraj is my birthright and I shall have it!”. Bal Gangadhar Tilak was a revolutionary, a teacher, a writer, an activist among many things. We offer a red puneri turban with the same stylization as depicted in his pictures to bring the same feel and energy to the costume.

Bhagat Singh 

The legacy and courage of Bhagat Singh will live on for eternity, of that we are sure. We help keep him alive through our portrayal of him and his timeless cap and mustache. We also offer a punjabi pagdi. Your child will love hearing the exploits of Bhagat Singh!

Chacha Nehru 

Every kid loves Jawaharlal Nehru, or as kids call him, Chacha Nehru. Apart from being a pioneer in his field of politics, he loved children and advocated for them to have a proper education. This plain white kurta with a vest and a cap will make your little one look like a tiny version of Chacha Nehru.

Rani Laxmi Bai 

She is a hero for all women. Songs of her courage and bravery and still sung in many parts of India. Her attire, like herself, exuded confidence. We have tried to emphasize the details of the dress which is a nauvari saree along with maharashtrian jewelery orange pheta and a shield-sword to transform your kid into the next Rani Laxmi Bai.

Sarojini Naidu 

Called the “Nightingale of India” due to her prowess as a poetess, Sarojini Naidu is an inspiration to many. Her writing and fashion style both were unique and is still loved by all. 

Mangal Pandey

Mangal Pandey was a brave warrior, and we have tried to capture the essence of him in our costume. You can accessorize by adding kundals (earrings) and a mustache to our costume which includes a red British uniform, white dhoti, mustache, and rifle. 

Sardar Patel

The Statue of Unity has not only broken various records but has awoken unity among everyone in India. Children learn about Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and his legacy continues to live on. His trademark kurta, pajama, and shawl are what we offer in our costume.

Lal Bahadur Shastri

Shastri ji donned simple attire throughout his lifetime. “Jai jawaan, jai kisaan”, was a slogan penned by him to raise the tempo amongst all fellow citizens during the Indo-Pakistan war of 1965.


An Indian revolutionary, Sukhdev fought for India’s freedom till his last breath along with Bhagat Singh and Shivaram Rajguru. We all could learn a little bravery from these young soldiers.

Chandra Shekhar Azad

Chandra Shekhar Azad, or as he liked to call himself, Azad, was a revolutionary who gave his life to see India attain freedom. He worked closely with Bhagat Singh and Bismil to achieve that goal. We provide a mustache as an add on, cause that was a big part of his identity.


He was an active member of HSRA and made enormous contributions to the freedom of India. His sacrifice is still remembered by all. And don’t worry, we provide the black cap with our uniform so that you get the complete package.
